Building Tomorrow’s Leaders: The Kappa League Program in Richfield–Bloomington

The Richfield-Bloomington (MN) Alumni Chapter invites families and students to learn more about Kappa League, a structured mentoring program that helps young men grow academically, socially, and personally while building confidence, character, and leadership skills.

What Is Kappa League?
Kappa League is a nationally recognized youth mentoring program created by Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. The program focuses on academic achievement, leadership development, career readiness, community service, and positive mentorship. Participants are guided by dedicated fraternity members who serve as role models and advocates, helping prepare students for long-term success.

What Participants Can Expect
Kappa League offers a supportive, structured environment that promotes growth and accountability. Activities include leadership workshops, academic enrichment, college and career exposure, community service, and team-building experiences. Meetings are held twice each month.

• First and Third Saturdays
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Business casual attire
